$250 rental enhancement
Named for our daughter Chelsea — our real‑life Disney princess — the Sweet Shoppe was inspired by her love of dessert and everything Disney. We hope every guest who steps inside feels the same happiness as a stroll past a Main Street confectionery.
It comes appointed with a vintage service counter, a baker’s rack of apothecary jars, vintage refrigerator, dishes and décor, and two matching sets of ice‑cream‑parlor tables and chairs. For the rental fee, we’ll purchase, display and help serve the sweets — and handle the clean‑up before and after.

The gardens are reserved for intimate celebrations of thirty guests or fewer — one celebration at a time, with the full property to yourselves.
Garden weddings and small events run May through October, when the water gardens, trees and garden beds are at their best. From mid‑November through December the property becomes Santa's Workshop.
Packages include your choice of arbour or arch, thirty white chairs, tables and linens options, the bride's room and Man Cave, classic‑car photo opportunities, the fire pit, greenhouse and gardens for photos, and a one‑hour drop‑off and rehearsal visit the day prior.
Yes — the vintage dessert cottage can be added to any wedding or event for $250, styled and ready for your dessert display.
