Each year the property is magically transformed for the Christmas season. Around five o’clock the grounds come aglow with lights, and a visit to Santa’s Lodge & Workshop brings a delightful Santa experience for young and old alike — the Red Coat Ministry of Santa Phil, Mrs. Claus and the elves.
Santa Excursions include a tour of the grounds with the pond as a wintery photo backdrop, the sights and smells of Mrs. Claus’s greenhouse, a treat bag from the transformed Sweet Shoppe, and Santa’s favorite sleigh, ready for pictures.
Santa Phil is also available to professional photographers for Santa Sessions, on and off property.

Ways to Visit
From mid‑November through December the lodge, greenhouse and gardens are dressed for the season — and there are three ways to be part of it.
A private session with Santa and Mrs. Claus on the decorated property — no lines, no rush, just your family and the kind of visit children remember. Perfect for family photos with your own camera or photographer.
Toy‑building, letters to the North Pole and crafts at the workshop table — with Santa himself lending a hand and a word of encouragement. Making things is, after all, what Santa does best.
Each December, Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves open the workshop for their annual fundraiser benefiting the Middleton Food Pantry. This event is by invitation only, with much appreciation for those who have supported us throughout the years.
Santa Phil is a real‑bearded professional Santa — a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas and the Fraternal Order of Real Bearded Santas, with degrees in Santa Clausology, fully insured and background‑checked. Visits run from mid‑November through December, when the grounds glow with lights each evening and the greenhouse, sweet shoppe and lodge are dressed for the season. Excursions and private Santa sessions both book quickly — families who want a particular date should reach out before the first snow.
Santa Phil and Mrs. Claus are also available for private visits both on and off property, small and large gatherings, professional photo sessions, and more.
